Privacy Policy

Account information. Name, email, phone, business name, mailing address, and login credentials when you register.

Program and transaction data. For members: plan selections, rewards, shipping or pickup preferences, and purchase history. For merchants: catalogs, pricing, member rosters, fulfillment records, and program analytics.

Payment information. Billing details processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the Services.

Integration data. When you connect Square, Clover, Shopify, or other platforms, we receive customer, catalog, inventory, and order data needed to sync memberships and rewards with your register.

Support communications. Messages you send through email, in-app support, or our help assistant.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Process memberships, billing, fulfillment, and POS sync
• Send transactional notifications and, where permitted, product updates
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
• Analyze aggregated usage to improve reliability and features

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing)
• Integrations you connect (such as your POS or shipping carrier), as directed by your configuration
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required

Merchants may see member data for their own programs. Members should refer to their merchant’s policies for how that business uses their information beyond MemberZone’s role as platform provider.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for maintaining strong account credentials.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

Data is primarily processed and stored in the United States. By using the Services from outside the US, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the US in accordance with this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
