At the counter

Shoppers are known at the counter

Staff look a member up on the register you already run. Member discounts apply on their own on Square and Lightspeed. Toast, Shift4, and Clover list rewards for staff to apply. Online, member discounts apply on their own when a member is signed in.

One contact record follows each shopper across every location, so a subscriber, an in-store regular, and an online buyer are all the same person.

Boxes that actually ship

A subscription is a shipped product, not a points balance

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about running memberships and loyalty for retail & boutiques.

Talk to us and we'll walk you through MemberZone on the POS you already run.

What is the best subscription box software for retail?
The best retail subscription software bills recurring orders, ships them, and keeps inventory in step with your register. MemberZone does all three, with stock kept in step with Toast, Square, Lightspeed, and Clover and member pricing in store as well as online.
Can I run a subscription box on my point of sale?
Yes. MemberZone runs product-of-the-month clubs and replenishment subscriptions alongside the register you already use, billing the recurring charge and shipping each box with tracking and tax handled.
Do members get member pricing online and in store?
Yes. Online, member discounts apply on their own when a member is signed in. In the shop: On Toast, rewards and ready pickups show on the check. Square and Lightspeed apply member discounts on their own. On Shift4 the register lists the rewards a member can use, and on Clover rewards appear as named discounts, and staff apply them.
Does inventory stay in sync with my POS?
Yes, on Toast, Square, Lightspeed, and Clover. Subscription fulfillment and in-store sales draw from the same stock counts.
Can I gate limited drops to members only?
Yes. A release can go to all members or only the tiers you choose, with a selection window and a scheduled charge, and store items can be marked members only so only active members can buy them.
How much does MemberZone cost for a retailer?
Starter and Growth have no monthly platform fee. You pay a percentage of the membership and loyalty volume you process, starting at 2.8% and dropping to 2.4% as you grow. High-volume programs move to Enterprise, a flat monthly rate set by revenue and member count. Everyday retail sales are not counted.
