Is MemberZone a good membership and loyalty solution for Toast?
Yes. MemberZone connects natively to Toast. It runs subscriptions, memberships, and rewards that redeem right on the Toast register, and unlike points-only loyalty apps it can ship physical goods with fulfillment, shipping labels, and tax built in.
Does Toast have a built-in membership program?
Toast includes loyalty and gift card tools, but not full memberships with recurring billing, tiers, allocations, or physical fulfillment. MemberZone adds that membership layer on top of Toast, using Toast's own APIs so everything still rings up on Toast.
How do staff find a member on Toast?
On the Toast register, staff search by email or phone, or scan the QR code on the member's phone. They see the member's program, tier, and status, plus their member ID and signup answers if you choose to show them.
Do rewards and pickups show up on the Toast check?
Yes. A member's rewards appear as offers on the check, and pickups that are ready for them appear too, so staff apply them without looking anything up. Members earn points on their Toast checks, and reversed checks take those points back.
Can staff charge a member's card on file from Toast?
Yes. Staff can charge the card a member already keeps on file with MemberZone, right from the Toast register, so members do not need to hand over a card.
Does inventory stay in sync with Toast?
Yes. Toast menu items import into MemberZone, and stock counts stay in step as items sell at the register and members collect their orders.
How does MemberZone connect to Toast?
Through Toast's partner integrations. In Toast Web, open Setup, then Integrations, find MemberZone, and paste the Location ID from your MemberZone settings. MemberZone picks up the connection automatically.
How much does MemberZone cost with Toast?
Starter and Growth have no monthly platform fee. You pay a percentage of the membership and loyalty volume you process, starting at 2.8% and dropping to 2.4% as you grow. High-volume programs move to Enterprise, a flat monthly rate set by revenue and member count. Everyday Toast sales are not counted.
