Can I run a membership program if I use SpotOn?
Yes. MemberZone bills dues on the schedule you set, gives members a QR membership card on their phone, and lets your team look members up in MemberZone.
Does MemberZone replace SpotOn or its payments?
No. You keep SpotOn for point of sale and payments. MemberZone adds the membership program beside it.
How much does MemberZone cost with SpotOn?
Starter and Growth have no monthly platform fee. You pay a percentage of the membership and loyalty volume you process, starting at 2.8% and dropping to 2.4% as you grow. High-volume programs move to Enterprise, a flat monthly rate set by revenue and member count. Everyday SpotOn sales are not counted.
