Not directly yet. MemberZone runs beside Revel today: Revel keeps handling sales and payments, and MemberZone runs memberships, billing, and fulfillment. Toast, Square, Lightspeed, Shift4, and Clover connect directly.
Can I run a membership program if I use Revel?
Yes. MemberZone bills dues on the schedule you set, gives members a QR membership card on their phone, and lets your team look members up in MemberZone.
Does MemberZone replace Revel or its payments?
No. You keep Revel for point of sale and payments. MemberZone adds the membership program beside it.
Does MemberZone work with Revel now that it is part of Shift4?
Revel Systems is part of Shift4. MemberZone connects to Shift4 Dine, formerly SkyTab, not to the Revel register, so register features are available on Shift4 Dine only.
How much does MemberZone cost with Revel?
Starter and Growth have no monthly platform fee. You pay a percentage of the membership and loyalty volume you process, starting at 2.8% and dropping to 2.4% as you grow. High-volume programs move to Enterprise, a flat monthly rate set by revenue and member count. Everyday Revel sales are not counted.
