Does MemberZone integrate with Shopify?
Not directly yet. MemberZone runs beside Shopify today: Shopify keeps handling sales and payments, and MemberZone runs memberships, billing, and fulfillment. Toast, Square, Lightspeed, Shift4, and Clover connect directly.
Can I run a membership program if I use Shopify?
Yes. MemberZone bills dues on the schedule you set, gives members a QR membership card on their phone, and lets your team look members up in MemberZone.
Does MemberZone replace Shopify or its payments?
No. You keep Shopify for point of sale and payments. MemberZone adds the membership program beside it.
Can members sign up and order online if I use Shopify?
Yes, through MemberZone. Each business gets its own MemberZone storefront for program signups and member orders, separate from your Shopify store. Orders placed in Shopify are not synced to MemberZone.
How much does MemberZone cost with Shopify?
Starter and Growth have no monthly platform fee. You pay a percentage of the membership and loyalty volume you process, starting at 2.8% and dropping to 2.4% as you grow. High-volume programs move to Enterprise, a flat monthly rate set by revenue and member count. Everyday Shopify sales are not counted.
