At the tasting room

Members are known at the tasting bar

Staff look a club member up on the register your tasting room already runs, with no second register to learn. Member discounts apply on their own on Square and Lightspeed. Toast, Shift4, and Clover list rewards for staff to apply.

The same member record follows them from the bar to the club to online, so everything they buy rolls into one profile and one set of benefits.

Ships compliantly

A club that actually moves bottles

MemberZone turns a membership into a real shipment. Compliant direct-to-consumer wine shipping runs through Vinoshipper, multi-carrier labels through Shippo, and license, excise, and sales tax through ShipCompliant and Avalara.

Members pick up at the bar or have each release shipped, and choose per cycle. You publish the release; the compliance and tax are handled before anything leaves the door.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about running memberships and loyalty for wineries & bars.

Talk to us and we'll walk you through MemberZone on the POS you already run.

What is the best wine club software?
The best wine club software runs the club alongside the register and can ship compliantly, not just track points. MemberZone handles tiers, allocation releases, per-release billing, and compliant DTC shipping, with members looked up on Toast, Square, Lightspeed, Shift4, or Clover.
Can I run a wine club on my point of sale?
Yes. MemberZone runs the full wine club alongside the register you already use: tiers, releases, member pricing, pickup, and compliant shipping. On Toast, rewards and ready pickups show on the check. Square and Lightspeed apply member discounts on their own. On Shift4 the register lists the rewards a member can use, and on Clover rewards appear as named discounts, and staff apply them.
Can I offer allocation releases to members first?
Yes. A release goes to members, or only the tiers you choose, with a selection window, and you bill per release or on a set cadence while members manage their own skips.
Does MemberZone handle compliant wine shipping?
Yes. Direct-to-consumer wine shipping runs through Vinoshipper with multi-carrier labels via Shippo, and license, excise, and tax are handled through ShipCompliant and Avalara.
Can members pick up at the tasting room instead of shipping?
Yes. Releases support in-store pickup and shipping, and members choose for each order. On Toast, ready pickups show on the check; on Square, they wait at the register as prepaid tickets.
How much does MemberZone cost for a winery?
Starter and Growth have no monthly platform fee. You pay a percentage of the membership and loyalty volume you process, starting at 2.8% and dropping to 2.4% as you grow. High-volume programs move to Enterprise, a flat monthly rate set by revenue and member count. Everyday tasting-room sales are not counted.
