Payouts

Stripe handles payouts to your bank account on a rolling basis. After payments are processed and any hold periods pass, funds are deposited directly into the bank account linked to your Stripe account.

Payouts Tab

Navigate to Dashboard → Payments → Payouts to see your revenue overview, balances, and payout history.

Revenue Overview

A 4-column grid of stats cards:

Balance and Payouts

Payout History

A table listing all past and upcoming payouts with a Manage Payouts button that opens your Stripe Express dashboard in a new tab.

Column	Description
Date	When the payout was issued
Payout ID	Last 8 characters of the payout identifier
Status	Current payout status (see below)
Amount	Dollar amount with currency

When there are no payouts yet, an empty state shows: "No Payout History - You haven't received any payouts yet."

Locations in Your Transaction Export

The transaction export (Export on the Transactions tab, see Payments and Payouts) has a Location column on its Orders, Charges, Items, Payout Detail and Payout Ledger sheets. A charge is credited to:

1. the location whose register rang it, for a point-of-sale sale;
2. otherwise the location of the order it paid for;
3. otherwise the location the membership belonged to when it was charged. For programs without pickup or shipping, that's the member's home location (see Multi-Location Support).

Charges keep the location they were made at, even if the member's location changes later. Membership charges made before October 22, 2026 weren't stamped with a location, so they follow the member's current location.

Location subtotals on Payout Detail

On the Payout Detail sheet, a deposit that includes sales from two or more locations gets a Location subtotal row per location under its Net deposit row, adding up every money column, so you can book each location's share without filtering. Lines with no location (such as Stripe's own fees and adjustments) are grouped as No location, listed last. A deposit from a single location has no subtotal rows.

Stripe shows the location too: membership subscriptions, renewals and charges carry the location's name in their Stripe metadata.

Payout Schedule

Your payout frequency is configured in your Stripe dashboard - not in MemberZone. You can choose daily, weekly, or monthly payouts depending on your cash flow preferences. Click Manage Payouts on the Payouts tab to access your Stripe dashboard.

Pending	Amber	Payout is queued and awaiting processing
In Transit	Blue	Funds are being transferred to your bank
Failed	Red	The payout failed - check your bank details in Stripe
