Prospect Pipeline

Prospects are contacts in your CRM who have shown interest but haven't joined a club yet. They may have visited your tasting room, been referred by a friend, or been imported from a list. The CRM gives you tools to track where each prospect is in your pipeline and move them toward membership.

Prospect Statuses

Each prospect moves through a pipeline with these stages:

Status Meaning
Prospect On your list, not yet contacted
Contacted You have reached out to this person
Converted This prospect became a member (staged or active)
Dismissed No longer interested or removed from your pipeline

Prospect Sidebar

Click a prospect row in the contacts table to open the Contact Detail Sidebar.

Tab strip: Details | Notes | Import Data (if imported)

Details tab: Contact information, source, and any notes.

Sticky footer:

  • Dismiss Prospect (red) - Removes the prospect from your pipeline
