Find and Filter Members

The Members page shows one row per membership in a searchable, filterable table. To open it, click Members in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

Members Table

The table displays these columns:

Column What it shows
Name Member's full name
Email Contact email
Tier The tier the member is enrolled in
Status Current membership status (Active, Paused, Cancelled, etc.)
Join Date When the member enrolled
Labels Colored badges for any custom labels assigned

Searching

Type in the search bar at the top of the table to search by name, email, or merchant ID.

Filtering

Use the filter dropdowns directly below the page header:

  • Status - Active, All, Paused, Past Due, Canceled
  • Active scope (appears when viewing Active members) - All active, Skipping releases (members with at least one skip remaining)
  • Club - Filter to a specific club
  • Tier - Filter to a specific tier (appears after selecting a club)
  • Card on file - Any, Yes, No, or Card pending (members activated without a card whose paid-through date is still ahead; their row reads "Card pending, first charge {date}"). See Members Without a Card.
  • Billing (on the Members view of People > Contacts) - Any, Standard (billed members) or Comp (complimentary and lifetime members). See Comps and Lifetime Memberships.

Notes on member rows

Some rows carry a short note under the name:

  • "Card pending, first charge {date}" for members waiting on a card.
  • "Paid through {date}, no card" for staged members who will activate without a card on that date.
  • A "Comp until {date}" or "Lifetime" badge for comps (their price reads Comp), and "Staged as lifetime comp" or "Staged as comp until {date}" for staged members who will activate as comps.

Where are staged members? The Members page deliberately excludes Staged memberships so you only see members who are currently billing or actively skipping. Staged members live on the CRM page, where you can convert them to active once payment methods are collected. See the CRM and Contacts guide for the full staged workflow.

Signup Answers

If your programs ask signup questions, two controls on People > Contacts use the answers:

  • Show signup answers - add a column for any question. Programs that ask the same question share one column.
  • Members who answered - filter by answer: tick options for pick-one and pick-any questions, choose Yes or No, or type text for other questions ("Answer contains"). Hasn't answered yet finds people who still need to answer. Filters on several questions all apply.

The export includes a column for every signup question of the programs you're viewing.

Page Actions

The top-right corner of the page has these buttons:

  • Export (download icon) - Opens the Export contacts sidebar to download member data
  • Refresh (circular arrow icon) - Reloads the members table
  • Add Member (plus icon) - Opens the Add Member sidebar to create a new membership

Pagination

The table is paginated. Use the controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.
