Navigating MemberZone

The sidebar on the left of HQ is your main navigation. Some items are single pages; others are groups that open to show their pages. Your business's words are used throughout: the first item is Clubs, Memberships or Programs, to match what you offer.

Home

Home sits at the top: your dashboard with metrics, action items and activity.

Settings Profile, Communication, Point of Sale, Taxes & fees, Shipping & Compliance, Locations, Team and Integrations Each page needs its own permission (for example Manage Group Settings for Profile, Manage Team Members for Team)

Under Settings, Communication holds the card email settings and Point of Sale holds Show member ID at the register. See Member ID and Member Details at the Register.

Pinned to the bottom of the sidebar:

  • View storefront - Opens your public storefront in a new tab.
  • Sign-up QR - Opens your sign-up QR code in a new tab.
  • Ask Zoe - A filled button in your brand color that opens Zoe, the help assistant, where it's available.

Every Storefront page header shows Store is live or Store is off and a View store button that opens your shop (/b/your-page/shop).

  • Updates - Platform announcements and feature updates.
  • Help - The help center and support.
  • Groups - Click a group (such as People or Rewards) to open or close it.
  • Badge counts - Items show a badge when something needs attention: Contacts when members owe a balance, Runs when fulfillment or a release needs action, Templates when enrollment templates are missing, Rewards when a reward isn't configured at the register, and Inbox for unread conversations. Hover over a badge to see what it's about.
  • Permission gating - You only see the items your permissions allow, and a group with nothing in it for you is hidden.
  • Locations - Pages that belong to a location, such as inventory, templates and rewards, follow the location you're working in. With more than one location, switch from your account menu.
  • Before your account is activated - Until your account is activated, the sidebar shows only Home, the Settings pages Profile, Locations, Team and Integrations, and Updates and Help.
  • Collapsing - The sidebar can be collapsed to icons. On screens 1024 pixels wide or narrower, it collapses after you pick a page.

Creating and editing things in HQ opens a sidebar on the right rather than a window in the middle of the screen; quick confirmations (such as deleting something) still ask in a small confirmation. Press Escape to close the sidebar in front. A sidebar that's busy saving (or creating a shipping label) stays open until it finishes. On a phone, sidebars opened from Zoe's full-screen panel, such as Talk to a human or Save as template, open in front of it.
